What shipping methods do you offer?
Most of our products are shipped as parcels due to their size, as they are too large to fit through standard letterboxes. Smaller items that can fit through letterboxes are shipped within the Netherlands as letterbox parcels with included track and trace. All international shipments also include a tracking code.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. If you cannot select your destination at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
ORDERS
How can i track my order?
Check its status anytime within your account page. You'll also receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it ships, allowing you to follow its journey to your doorstep.
I have not recieved an order confirmation?
Check your spam folder. Occasionally our mail ends up in that folder. If you do not encounter the confirmation there either, please contact us.
Who can i contact for questions about my order?
You can use the contact form to send us a message with your question. Please always mention the order number of your order, so that it is easier for us to find your order.
What does 'expected delivery date' means?
The expected delivery date provides an estimated timeframe for receiving your order. Please note that this is an estimate, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances in the manufacturing or shipping process.
If any delays are anticipated, we will do our best to notify you promptly.
If your order is ready for shipment sooner than the expected date, we will contact you to discuss early delivery options.
For products without a specified delivery date, we typically ship within 1-2 business days.

How can i pay?
We currently support payments via iDeal, PayPal, SOFORT Banking, Bancontact, and Shopify Payments. We use Shopify Payments to process our payments.
I need an invoice for my order, is that possible?
Yes. Let us know through the contact form for which order you would like to receive a (VAT) invoice, and we will send it to you

Are your orgonites handmade?
Yes. Our orgonites are handmade by Lumi Chi.
What is orgonite?
Orgonite is a handcrafted material made by combining resin, metal shavings, and crystals. It is believed by some to have the ability to harmonize and transform energy in its environment.

Should i clean an Orgonite?
You don't have to clean or charge an orgonite, as with gemstThis is done by the orgonbite itself. of course, you can occasionally wipe the orgonite to make it clean and dust-free.
How does my orgonite stay beautiful?
To preserve the appearance of your Orgonite, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. This may cause discoloration over time, but it will not affect its energetic properties.
Additionally, it's best to avoid placing hot or warm objects directly on or against your Orgonite.
